Following the footsteps of the leaders, ADCMC discussed the most important projects of the preparedness and Planning Department of the prevention and preparedness sector for 2022 in a brainstorming session, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Nasser Humaid Al Nuaimi, Director General of the center, and the participation of department managers and employees of the preparedness and Planning Department, which was held at the Abu Dhabi youth center.
The session discussed the importance of identifying the needs of the readiness and planning department to ensure the continuity of tasks in the required manner, by facing all the challenges facing the departments in the department, which facilitates the mechanism of staff work to implement tasks, develop the mechanism of project development and keep abreast of developments to achieve the vision of the center.
The session also discussed the stages of readiness and planning management accelerators, which begin with design, where the challenges to be dealt with are identified and goals are set, then the acceleration stage, through the identification of work teams for their goals to be achieved within 100 days or less, and finally the sustainability and flexibility stage.
